Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

Well, winter has officially arrived here in Chicago. There's snow on the ground here, and guess what? It's still coming down. Doubtful school will be closed even though they are calling for 3-5 inches, but then again, that school never closes for snow days, and I mean never closes for snow days. So, walked through the snow, sang a bit, got a little into the holiday spirit I guess. I'm not really into it, but I'm sure I'll get into it once we put up the Christmas decorations. I'm going to see God, the play by Woody Allen this weekend since I don't have to work the shows (YES!!). Really, that's all that's going on right now with me. So, I'll finish you off with a good holiday song (or at least the lyrics to it) to get you in the spirit (even if I can't). So, here it is, the lyrics for Let It Snow, so sing, or at least listen to it. I'm outta here. See ya.

Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

It doesn't show signs of Pauseping,
And I've bought some corn for popping,
The lights are turned way down low,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight,
How I'll hate going out in the storm!
But if you hold me tight,
All the way home I'll be warm.

The fire is slowly dying,
And, my dear, we're still good-bying,
But as long as you love me so,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

The snow helps.
I guess it messs up Keri and my theory that we don't get snow anymore, because for a couple years in a row it wasn't coming until the end of December like this.
