I'm Back, Just in Time for School

I'm back, in one piece, from Cancun. Had a good time, enjoyed it a lot, and had a good time there. I'll tell you more about that later. Right now, I'm getting the last life thingamajigger out before school starts and I won't be able to write as much. So, without further ado, and with less than 12 hours left until school begins again, at least for me, I'll give you the last few words from this life philosopher for a little while. Last but not least, a name: A Star-Lit Night. On a final note, I hope you all enjoyed summer, I did.

The sun sets. A star-lit sky sits before you. A starry night, more stars than you can count, and as many possibilities. In the middle of it all, sits a single star, brighter than the rest. One that's special, one held above the rest. One day, you'll find others up there too, that shine just as brightly or brighter than the original. Some will fade, and other will be brighter. There will always be the original, the one. A star-lit sky sits before you. A million possibilites, only one choice. One of those lights will guide you home. You have a choice to make. Make it quickly, you only have a little time. Go quickly, otherwise life will pass you by. Sorry, too little too late this time, the only time you have. Your life has passed you by, and you are gone in an instant. Don't be like that. Make the choice, and don't look back. There won't be anything you'll be able to do about it. Look forward, and make the best of it. There isn't much else to do.

And so, summer ends.

That was good.
I can't see any stars though...
I realize that's not the point.
