Finally, It's Been Way, Way (Way) Too Long

Well, for the first time in *goes and checks how long it's been* a while. It's been about *goes and double checks to make sure he's right* a month and a day since I last posted a life thingy. Sorry, there just hasn't been a lot of inspiration around unfortunately, but (I can't believe I'm saying this) the new Harry Potter movie finally got me going and got enough inspiration into me to write one. So, anyway, I wrote this in NY (state, people, state, not New York city) and I've already got the name, so I don't need to type my thoughts (YES!!). Anyway, here you go, my first life thingy in *goes back and checks, and then decides not to* a while. Let's just leave it at that. Anyway, here you go, it's entitled In One Second.

Life is constantly changing. Nothing stays constant forever, it usually doesn't stay constant fore a very short amount of time. Our lives are constantly changing around us and most times, we are unable to do anything about it. Every once in a while, though, there comes a time where you must make a decision that will affect you and define you. In one second a choice can be made that may just affect you or could change the whole world. It may seem small at the time, but it can compound and become bigger and bigger. In one second, you can change the course of history. In one second, you can change everything. When that time comes you will have to choose between what is right, and what is easy. In one second, who knows what will happen. It could be good, it could be bad, but you live with you're decisions and you press on. No matter what.

A White... Thanksgiving?

*sings* I'm dreaming of a white *pauses* Thanksgiving? Well, actually, I'm not dreaming of it, I'm living it, quite simply. I'm up in upstate New York right now, spending some time with my grandparents and other members of the family, and just taking a quick break from the food, the parades, and the football to do a post real quick. Well, if you haven't all ready guessed or seen on the news, it was snowing here in New York state, and though the snowing has stopped there is still quite a bit of it on the ground right now, but the sun has come out and all in all it's been a good day so far. Got up and watched the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (as I always do) this morning, and have just been kind of hanging out and not doing much to do (pretty typical for me). Really, that's all there is to talk about right now. So, I guess I've only got one thing left to do. I'd like to wish everybody I know and don't know who comes and decides to visit this blog a... HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!

Interesting Conversation

Well, this was an... interesting conversation me and joffers had, so i decided, what the heck, I'll post it, hopefully I'll get some laughs out of it. Been A While (At Least for Me)

Wow, it seems like it's been a lot longer than one week since I last post. It's not that much has happened (not a ton did) it's just a usually post at least once every day or two. So, anyway, not much has been going on at school, it's just been.... school. I've had some extra time after school and stuff, and have started making CD covers (go figure) and have gotten into it, so I'll probably keep doing this for a while until a figure out some kind of new car design, and then, we'll see what direction that decides to go in. Anyway, I'll try to post some of those later. Also, as per usual, Thanksgiving isn't even here (heck, November wasn't here yet) and the stores are already getting us into the holiday spirit. Can't they at least wait til after Thanksgiving? Guess not, they just want to make more money, no surprises there. Oh, yeah, my Chorale teacher wants me to join this group at the high school called Singers, so I may do that even though it involves waking up at *thinks* six in the morning (ugh). Who knows, we'll see, but anyway, I haven't really had time as of late to write a life thingy, but one of these days I'll get around to it, there just hasn't been much inspiration around. I hope something comes to me because I really like writing those things, but you know what, we'll see what happens. You take life as it comes, whether it's at my pace, which is like somewhere in the 200-250 mph range or a little slower. Okay, maybe not a little, maybe a lot, but's that just me. So, another day passes and Saturday is gone. Again.

One Crazy Week

Well, this week is finally over. It took long enough. This week has been crazy and all with the preparation for Orchesis going on every night. I've been staying at school til 8 or 9 at least every night this week, and i've stayed up til midnight doing homework two of those nights, but thankfully, that part of the week is done and we only have to put on one more shows. It's just been nuts, absoultely nuts. Thursday was nice because I got a little break from crew since I had a piano lesson (I needed that desperately) and then Friday was really good and we had good crowds for both shows, but the later show at 8, the line for tickets was out the door (or so I heard), and it looked like we had a full house. Saturday, we had a good crowd again, and the show went well except for one of the lights burning out near the end of the show. We only have one show left, hurrah, it took long enough. If anyone wants to go see it, it's at 6:00 PM tonight. Well, the only other thing I have to say is that I was really bored during biology and made this logo for Locker Club, and then I came home and put it on the computer. Let's see if blogger is nice and decides to let me post it on here. Standby... Continue to standby... Yes!! That took way too long. I hope I never have to do that for a while.
