Sense Something
Alright, well I've got a new life thingy to put out, but first a little news to get you up to speed. Not much in the news right now, but I'll give you an update on the conditions in the gulf in the aftermath of Katrina. New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin announced Thursday that some 182,000 residents of New Orleans will be allowed to return as floodwater continues to be pumped out of the city. The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Thursday listed Katrina as "the most destructive hurricane to ever strike the U.S." The Louisiana death toll has risen to 558 Thursday according to state officials, up from 474 Wednesday. That's the interesting news as of right now. Now for the life thingy. I wrote this during History class today ironically enough while listening to music (you'll understand once you read it). I've already come up with a name, so you won't have to read my thoughts this time. The name is Senses. So, without further ado, here comes the next life thingy. Hope you like it.
Life is very strange. We find friends in unlikely places. We hear vibrations and we interpret them as sound, as speech, as music. Music is unbelievable. It can change us, move us, and inspire us. It's often a driving force and makes you think about the world in a new light, in a different perspective. What are senses show us reveal the world around us and show us how wonderful it is. Without them, there we would be nothing to see, nothing to experience, and there would be no reason to live, but we do, and they make life awesome. So, use them. See, Hear, Touch, Taste, Smell, and discover what the world has to offer. You'll be amazed at what your sense can show you.
