Another Life Thingy
Alright, I've come up with another life thingy, but I'll talk to about that in a sec. First, the news. About 580,000 customers are still without power Tuesday in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, and Mississippi due to Hurricane Rita and Katrina. The Center for Disease Control (CDC) said Tuesday that there was only one outbreak of disease among evacuees or rescue workers that required unusual mobilization of public health resources during the first three weeks after Hurricane Katrina. The disease was norovirus, a highly contagious, but usually self-limiting outbreak of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea common among cruise ship passengers that was reported among evacuees in Texas, the CDC said in the summary of post-Katrina illness. Dick Nugent, the mayor of the hard-hit Texas community of Nederland, said Tuesday that he had to contract with a private company in Houston to get generators to run his town's water and sewer system after he got tired of waiting for government help. As of Tuesday, 9 people have died as a result of Hurricane Rita and its aftermath. Eight were killed in Texas and one in Mississippi due to the storm. That's most of the news for now. Onto the life thingy. Alright, I've already got a name for this one, so once again you won't have to read my thoughts. Anyway, the name of this one is Answer to Question 2. The reason for that is because I was working on my science homework here on the computer, and had a thought, and it turned into a life thingy, and it came while I was trying to figure out the answer to none other than the second question. So, it seemed to work, and I decided to call it that. That's the backstory, here it is. Answer to Question 2, coming at you in about 3... 2... 1..........
The world is a crazy place, just a little weird, and a little crazy. It’s not going to change anytime soon, so we have to live with it. It’s a bit of organized chaos, things are organized, but most of the time we are living in a state of chaos, but we get through it. Life treats you that way. It’s a little nuts, a little strange, but we get through it. It just takes a while, sometimes. We have a good time, screw around, and enjoy it. That’s what life’s about. Having a good time, enjoying yourself, and being able to get through it all. Not making idiotic decisions that will put you on a street heading nowhere. Do what’s right, and make it through, you’ll have a good time. Death is unknown, but Life is a little more predictable. Do your best. That’s all anyone can ask for. You can make it. You can do it. Believe in yourself. You’ll make it. Good luck, and I’ll see you along the way.
